Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, and oversee construction projects
- Prepare drawings, layouts, estimates, and project reports
- Conduct site inspections and monitor construction activities
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and clients
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and materials
- Solve technical issues during construction
- Review and approve construction plans and specifications
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of construction methods and materials
- AutoCAD, estimation, and project management skills
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Communication and teamwork abilities
- Understanding of structural and site engineering concepts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Relevant certifications (optional depending on role)
- Experience in construction/site supervision preferred
