About the Role
Anantham Habitat Projects LLP is looking for a dedicated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to the company's database, interacting with brokers and prospective clients, qualifying leads, and maintaining an organized database. The role demands excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to the leads provided by the company.
- Communicate with brokers and prospective clients to understand their requirements.
- Qualify and categorize leads into:
- Relevant Brokers
- Potential Clients
- Non-Relevant/Invalid Leads
- Build rapport with prospects through professional and courteous communication.
- Convince interested prospects to learn more about the company's projects and services.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with potential clients and brokers.
- Maintain accurate records of all calls and update the CRM/Excel database.
- Share qualified leads with the sales team for further follow-up.
- Achieve daily calling targets while maintaining high-quality customer interactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding soft skills and customer-handling abilities.
- Active listening and objection-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM software, and computer operations.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, or Lead Generation.
- Experience in the Real Estate industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
