Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms
- Plan and maintain a monthly social media content calendar
- Create and publish engaging posts, Reels, Stories, and other content
- Write captions, hashtags, and social media copy
- Monitor trends, competitors, and audience engagement
- Respond to comments, messages, and community interactions
- Coordinate with content writers, graphic designers, and video editors
- Track social media performance and prepare regular reports
- Develop creative campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and followers
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, formats, and algorithms
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management preferred
- Freshers with strong social media knowledge and relevant skills may also apply
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Creative mindset with an eye for engaging content
- Good understanding of hashtags, trends, and audience engagement
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
