Own the end-to-end talent acquisition, onboarding, culture, and compliance processes. Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns and build a structured, high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
* Talent Acquisition & Hiring: Own the recruiting pipeline, from sourcing to closing, across all functions.
* Onboarding & Experience: Create a seamless onboarding and induction process to integrate new hires quickly.
* HR Operations & Compliance: Set up foundational HR policies (leaves, payroll, attendance) and ensure legal compliance.
* Performance Management: Implement lightweight performance tracking, such as OKRs or simple check-ins.
* Culture & Retention: Define and foster company culture through employee engagement initiatives.
Required Skills & Profile
* Experience in HR, operations, or startup generalist roles.
* High ownership and a "bias for action" and comfortable in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
* Experience in building HR processes from scratch.
* Excellent communication skills and people management abilities.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
