## Position
**Site Engineer – Civil**
### Responsibilities
* Manage and supervise **2–3 residential project sites** simultaneously.
* Monitor day-to-day construction activities from excavation to finishing works.
* Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
* Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project architects.
* Verify measurements, work progress, and material consumption.
* Maintain daily site reports, labour attendance, and progress photographs.
* Check material quality and maintain site inventory records.
* Ensure site safety and compliance with company standards.
* Identify issues early and report them with practical solutions.
* Support project planning to achieve scheduled milestones and timely completion.
### Requirements
* **Diploma in Civil Engineering** (mandatory).
* **1–2 years of site execution experience** in residential construction.
* Good understanding of RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, finishing, and basic MEP coordination.
* Ability to read construction drawings and coordinate site execution.
* Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel, and MS Office is preferred.
* Strong communication and reporting skills.
* Valid two-wheeler driving licence is preferred, as the role requires travel between project sites.
