Job & Responsibilities:
· Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, cold calling, and references.
· Promote and sell company products (Deposits /loans/services) directly to customers.
· Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
· Generate leads and convert them into successful business.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with new customers.
· Follow up regularly to close sales opportunities.
· Submit daily activity reports (DAR) and sales reports.
· Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, and closures.
Strong understanding in CRM systems for managing customer data, tracking interactions, and improving customer satisfaction.
Experience:
0–1 years of experience in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance, NBFCs, Cooperative Societies), preferably in direct sales
Skills Required:
Customer Service, Relationship Management, Communication Skills, Follow-up, Complaint Handling, Sales Support, Basic Computer Skills
