About the Role
We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) for a Titan Eye+ store in Cooch Behar, West Bengal. The ideal candidate should have experience in retail and customer handling, with exposure to optical retail, ophthalmic assistance, or optometry being an added advantage. The role involves customer engagement, sales support, and ensuring an excellent in-store experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers visiting the store
- Understand customer requirements and guide them in selecting suitable eyewear products
- Support store sales and contribute towards achieving sales targets
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Coordinate eye check-up appointments and assist customers during the process
- Handle customer queries and provide product-related information
- Maintain store hygiene, product displays, and visual merchandising standards
- Assist with billing coordination and day-to-day store operations
- Follow up with customers for deliveries, feedback, and repeat visits
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or customer relationship roles
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-centric attitude with strong relationship-building abilities
- Comfortable working in a retail and sales-driven environment
- Basic understanding of eyewear products and optical retail preferred
Preferred Background
Candidates with any of the following backgrounds will be preferred:
- Optical retail or eyewear industry experience
- Ophthalmic assistant or optometry-related background
- Experience in healthcare retail or customer-facing retail environments
- Prior experience with Titan Eye+ or similar brands is an advantage
