- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, networking, and other outbound channels.
- Research and identify potential clients across target industries.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships to convert opportunities into customers.
- Understand customer requirements and communicate company solutions effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and sales progress.
- Coordinate with marketing and delivery teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, or Inside Sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach, and cold calling.
- Good negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Strong research and prospecting abilities.

Salary Range
₹1.5 LPA – ₹2.5 LPA (Based on experience and performance)
