Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3 months of Tele Sales, Customer Service, or Sales experience.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Confident and professional telephone etiquette.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM systems is preferred.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide project information.
- Understand client requirements and qualify leads.
- Follow up with interested prospects on a regular basis.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits for potential buyers.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure maximum visit conversions.
