About the Role
Outingers.com is looking for a result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is a high-impact role focused exclusively on sales and revenue generation. You will be the primary point of contact for turning inquiries into confirmed bookings for our travel packages.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Conversion: Effectively manage and convert incoming leads from digital platforms into confirmed sales.
- Client Engagement: Pitch travel packages for premier destinations including Meghalaya, Sikkim, Arunachal Pradesh, Tawang, and Darjeeling.
- B2B & B2C Sales: Negotiate and close deals with both individual travelers and business partners.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets to maximize your commission potential.
- Prompt Response: Ensure quick and professional follow-ups with all potential clients to maintain high conversion rates.
Requirements
- Sales Focus: Proven experience in sales or tele-calling, with a strong ability to close deals.
- Destination Awareness: Basic knowledge of travel highlights in Darjeeling and the Northeast region.
- Communication: Strong persuasive skills and fluency in English and Hindi.
