Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to join our team. The ideal
candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to handle customer interactions
effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Handle inbound inquiries professionally
- Explain company services/products clearly
- Generate leads and follow up on prospects
- Maintain call records and update CRM regularly
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets
Requirements
- 6 months to 2 year of experience in telecalling/telesales
- Good communication skills (English & Hindi/Gujarati preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to convince and handle customers
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹25,315.28 per month
