Outbound Telecaller (Sales & Lead Generation)
Job Overview:
The primary focus is to actively call potential customers from a given database to promote products/services, generate interest, and close sales or book appointments.
Key Responsibilities
- Make cold calls to prospects and pitch products or services effectively.
- Convert potential leads into active customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly.
- Follow up with interested leads to ensure conversion.
- Maintain an accurate log of all calls and customer details in the CRM software
