Sarva Sudarsanaa Academy is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Academic Counsellors to guide students in choosing the right IT courses and career paths. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping students achieve their career goals.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Counsel students and explain course details, career opportunities, and training programs.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students.
- Follow up with leads generated through social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Maintain student enquiry records and update CRM/Excel reports regularly.
- Support students throughout the admission process.
- Coordinate with trainers and management for batch scheduling and student support.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents.
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Degree (UG/PG)
- Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Passion for sales, counselling, and student interaction.
Preferred Skills
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Positive and energetic attitude.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Fluent in Tamil and basic English communication.

Pay: ₹15,317.20 - ₹35,406.58 per month
