MORPHIUS AI is looking for a talented and versatile Full Stack Engineer to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in both frontend and backend development, scalable APIs, authentication systems, database management, and modern web application architecture. This role involves building high-performance full stack applications, developing scalable frontend interfaces and backend systems, managing integrations, and contributing to production-ready AI-driven platforms.
- Full Stack Delivery: Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack web applications.
- Frontend Engineering: Build responsive frontend applications using React and Next.js, optimizing state management and APIs.
- Backend Engineering: Develop secure, scalable backend services, REST APIs using Node.js/Express, and third-party integrations.
- Security & Identity: Implement modern authentication and authorization systems.
- System Architecture: Design database schemas, asynchronous workflows, backend processing, logging, and monitoring systems.
- Quality Assurance: Write unit/integration tests, optimize performance, and conduct debugging across the stack.
- Strong Knowledge of React.js & Next.js
- Strong Knowledge of Node.js and Express.js
- Strong Knowledge of TypeScript / JavaScript
- Strong Knowledge of MongoDB and Mongoose
- Strong Knowledge of REST API development
- Strong Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS
- Git and version control workflows

- Ability to write effective prompts for AI tools.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Windsurf, Gemini, or similar tools.
- Ability to use AI tools for code generation, UI generation, debugging, documentation, research, rapid prototyping, and workflow optimization.
- Understanding of responsible and efficient AI-assisted engineering practices.
