Job Title: Warehouse Executive
Location: Stanmax, Poona (Delhi) Department: Supply Chain / Operations Reports To: Warehouse Manager / Operations Head
Role Overview
The Warehouse Executive will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory management, timely dispatches, and smooth coordination between supply chain, logistics, and retail teams. The role demands attention to detail, efficiency, and adherence to company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular inventory audits.
- Ensure proper documentation of inward and outward materials.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and retail outlets for timely deliveries.
- Monitor warehouse staff performance and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Optimize space utilization and maintain cleanliness & orderliness in the warehouse.
- Handle ERP/WMS systems for stock updates and reporting.
- Assist in resolving discrepancies related to stock, billing, or dispatch.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in Commerce/Business/Logistics or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations (retail/fashion industry preferred).
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and MS Excel.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to lead a small team and manage workload under deadlines.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
Performance Indicators
- Accuracy of stock records vs. physical inventory.
- Timely dispatch and delivery compliance.
- Reduction in stock discrepancies and damages.
- Efficiency in warehouse operations and staff productivity.
Employment Terms
- Location: Poona, Delhi
- Full-time role with probation period as per company policy.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
