Safety Officer:
Develop sustainable HSE culture at site with participation & providing HSE indusction to all employees, contractor workers & visitors.
Identify Hazardous & unsafe conditions & situations at work place and company premises. Encourage & promote to workers & managers for sharing & reporting of nearmiss, unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, accidents, hazardous observations.
ensure participation of workers & managers including contractors in preparation of HSE documentation & document review - HIRA, AIA, emergency prepardness plan, waste management, ESG data etc.
Share the information to all employees about nearmisses, incidents, accidents through HSE alerts, HSE meetings & toolbox talk
Arrange HSE Committee meetings according to decided agenda, record MOM & monitor actions to closure of actionable points
Prepare monthly reports. Maintain HSE MIS with back up data
Ensure to use good condition & mandatory PPEs, Tools, equipments while working by workers
Prepare QHSE training calender & implement at site.
In case of any incident, arrange investigation along with investigation committee. Find out RCA & take recommended actions at workplace
Ensure to follow PTW, TBT & LOTO by all site workers
Ensure & Check HSE compliances
Ensure waste collection arragement & waste discposal according to set guidelines & in comliance with SPCB/NPCB
Inspects the site work place to ensure it is a hazard-free environment.
Ensure to inspect contractors safety & their HSE plan
Prepare monthly report & presentation for site HSE performance
Conduct mockdrills at decided intervals, ensure all employees shall aware on mockdrills & on site emergency plan
Participate & provide input in Legal register review
Pay: From ₹500,000.00 per year
