Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive who will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with potential clients, understanding their business requirements, and converting opportunities into successful sales closures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate qualified leads.
- Understand client requirements and explain company services effectively.
- Schedule meetings/consultations between prospects and the sales team.
- Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp communication.
- Maintain a proper database of prospects and update CRM records.
- Build strong relationships with potential clients and ensure excellent customer experience.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle client queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and follow-ups.
- Prepare sales reports and share regular updates with management.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales / Tele Sales / Business Development.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Target-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is required; knowledge of Marathi will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
