Machine Operator – Production Department

Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Machine Operator to join our Production Department. The candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining pharmaceutical production machines efficiently while ensuring quality and safety standards are followed.
Machines Handled
- Tablet Compression Machine
- Blister Packaging Machine
- Capsuling Machine
Key Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery efficiently and safely
- Perform routine machine checks and basic maintenance
- Ensure smooth production flow with minimum downtime
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of machines and work area
- Follow production schedules and SOPs
- Coordinate with supervisors and maintenance team when required
- Ensure product quality standards are maintained during production
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in machine operation
- ITI or Diploma in Machinist, Fitter, or related technical field
- Basic understanding of machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Ability to work in shifts when required
- Good teamwork and communication skills
