Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers visiting the store.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Maintain product displays and ensure merchandise is neatly arranged.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team for replenishment.
- Process billing, payments, and sales transactions accurately.
- Promote ongoing offers, discounts, and loyalty programs.
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Maintain cleanliness and overall appearance of the store.
- Prepare daily sales reports and provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong selling and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS systems.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
