Overall Role Objective:
A dynamic and results-driven Sales Head to lead and manage the sales team, drive revenue
growth, and build strong client relationships. Should have a proven track record in real
estate sales, leadership skills, and the ability to develop and execute sales strategies in a
competitive market.
Section III: Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities of the role
Role
Key Accountabilities
Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans for residential and commercial
projects.
Identify new business opportunities, key markets, and client segments.
Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and repeat
business.
Coordinate with the Marketing, CRM, and Product teams for effective
campaign execution and lead nurturing.
Assist in pricing strategies, negotiations, and closing of high-value deals.
Organize site visits, promotional events, and property exhibitions.
Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and business presentations for senior
management.
Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, market trends, and
competitor activities.
Handle Channel Partner (CP) related matters, including on boarding,
relationship management, and performance tracking.
Lead Sourcing and Channel Partner Management
Head the vertical for sourcing leads, walk-ins, and bookings from direct sources
such as Outdoor, Print Ads, Digital Platforms, and Lead Nurturing activities
through the Marketing team.
Educate Channel Partners about the brand and project portfolio to ensure
strong and lasting collaborations.
Ensure leads are serviced effectively to create opportunities for converting
them into customers, maintaining a healthy Lead-to-Walk-in ratio that exceeds
industry standards.
Strategically allocate leads and resources to optimize sales conversions and
improve overall team productivity.

Responsible for sourcing leads to the site or arranging virtual meetings with the
Sales team for closures through multiple mediums.
Sales Process and Systems Management
Proficient in multiple CRM software platforms related to pre-sales and
customer engagement.
Implement ERP and other related systems to enhance the efficiency of sales
processes.
Monitor and ensure full utilization of the Sales ERP module by the sales team,
enforcing compliance, tracking usage metrics, identifying gaps, and providing
training to achieve 100% adoption.
Regularly coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and CRM teams to ensure
customers are well-informed about projects and offerings.
Team Leadership and Development
Effectively lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve
and exceed performance targets.
Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback for
continuous improvement.
Foster a collaborative, transparent, and high-performance work environment
aligned with business goals.
Implement structured training programs to enhance team capabilities, product
knowledge, and market competitiveness.
Monitor team performance using KPIs and initiate corrective actions as
needed.
Encourage innovation, accountability, and ownership within the team to drive
a customer-centric approach.
Build a culture of accountability, transparency, and professional development
across the sales organization.
MIS and Reporting
Prepare and submit reports as per management-prescribed formats.
Generate MIS reports through ERP systems to provide accurate and timely
business insights.
