Bharat Gram Udyog Sangh is a growing Ayurvedic and wellness-focused organization working across multiple eCommerce platforms including Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Tata 1mg, JioMart, and other marketplaces. We are looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Accounts Manager who can handle complete accounting operations and support business growth through strong financial management.

Senior Accounts Manager
Job Responsibilities
- Handle complete accounting operations of the company
- Manage daily bookkeeping, accounting entries, and ledger maintenance
- Monitor Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
- Prepare GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances
- Coordinate with CA, auditors, and taxation teams
- Manage eCommerce accounting for platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Meesho, Tata 1mg, etc.
- Reconcile marketplace settlements, payment gateways, bank statements, and COD reports
- Handle inventory accounting and purchase/sales reconciliation
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, P&L, balance sheet, and financial reports for management
- Monitor Online payment flow, expense control, and budgeting
- Ensure timely salary processing, vendor payments, and invoice management
- Maintain proper documentation and financial records
- Support management in financial planning and business decision-making
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com preferred)
- 6–8 years of experience in Accounts & Finance
- Strong knowledge of Tally, Busy, Excel, and accounting software
- Experience handling eCommerce accounting is mandatory
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, taxation, and compliance
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to manage multiple business accounts and operations
- Good communication and team management skills
- Candidate should be responsible, detail-oriented, and trustworthy
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in D2C, Ayurvedic, FMCG, or eCommerce industry
- Knowledge of Shopify and marketplace settlement processes
- Ability to handle complete business accounts independently
- Experience in financial planning and business reporting
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
