Spectrum Solar is hiring Trainee Engineers (Electrical & Electronics). This opportunity is open to Diploma (Polytechnic) holders and Engineering Graduates who are interested in building a career in the solar and renewable energy sector.
Please note: This is a fieldwork position. Only genuinely interested candidates are requested to apply. A two-wheeler and a valid driving licence are mandatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in solar PV system installation and commissioning
- Support electrical wiring, testing, and basic troubleshooting
- Work with site engineers for project execution
- Maintain daily work reports and documentation
- Follow safety procedures and quality standards
Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma (Polytechnic) or B.E / B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year experience
- Basic understanding of electrical systems
- Willing to travel to project sites
Preferred Skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in the solar industry
- Good communication and teamwork
- Basic MS Office knowledge
