Job Description:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
- Manage payroll coordination, PF/ESI compliance, and leave records
- Handle employee grievances and ensure smooth HR operations
- Oversee office administration, vendor management, and facility upkeep
- Support HR policies implementation and compliance
Key Skills:
- Strong communication & coordination skills
- Knowledge of labor laws, PF, ESI
- MS Office & HRMS knowledge
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
