Requirement For Field Service Engineer - Welding Machines

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in servicing and maintaining welding machines, with a strong background in troubleshooting and repairing various types of welding equipment. The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for providing on-site technical support, conducting preventive maintenance, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure the optimal performance of our welding machines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of welding machines at customer locations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with welding equipment, including electrical, mechanical, and software-related problems.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks according to scheduled maintenance plans to ensure the reliability and longevity of welding machines.
- Collaborate with customers to identify their specific needs and provide appropriate solutions, including recommending equipment upgrades or modifications.
- Document all service activities, including work performed, parts used, and customer interactions, in accordance with company procedures.
- Provide training and technical support to customers and internal staff on the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of welding machines.
- Stay current with industry trends, technology advancements, and best practices in welding equipment maintenance and repair.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in servicing and repairing welding machines, preferably in a field service or customer support role.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and software issues in welding equipment.
- Strong knowledge of welding processes, including MIG, TIG, stick, and flux-cored welding.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites and work flexible hours as needed.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Note:- ( Bike & License is Compulsory)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
