Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding them through technical challenges.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and deliverables effectively.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing custom software solutions within enterprise resource planning environments.
- Ability to work with modern development frameworks and tools to build scalable and maintainable applications.
- Familiarity with agile software development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Competence in troubleshooting complex system issues and providing effective resolutions.
- Excellent understanding of software architecture principles and best practices for performance optimization.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP EWM.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
