Responsibilities and Duties
1. To Extract all necessary information and assign codes (CPT, ICD-10-CM & HCPCS) which most accurately describe each documented diagnosis, surgical procedure and special therapy.
2. To analyze Provider documentation to assure the appropriate Evaluation & Management (E&M) levels are assigned using the correct CPT Code.
3. Ensure proper coding on provider documentation.
4. Reading and analyzing patient records, determining the correct codes for patient records.
Skills & Certifications: cardio vasucular Coding bpreferable,Must be CPC certified.
Experience: Minimum 1 - 2 years.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
