We’re hiring an Urban Impact Lead to create meaningful improvements in public spaces across Hyderabad. This role is ideal for NGOs, social impact professionals, and change-makers passionate about safer, more inclusive cities.
Role Overview:
Identify civic issues, engage communities, and lead small, high-impact urban improvement projects that enhance walkability, safety, and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and document civic issues through field visits
- Engage local communities and stakeholders
- Coordinate with NGOs, civic bodies, vendors, and internal teams
- Execute small urban interventions and track social impact
Who Should Apply:
- NGO and social impact professionals with field experience
- Background in urban planning, social development, architecture, civil/environmental engineering, public policy, or related fields
- Strong coordination, documentation, and on-ground execution skills
