Job Summary
The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring the movement of goods, materials, and equipment to ensure timely delivery and efficient logistics operations. The role involves coordinating with vendors, transporters, warehouses, and internal teams to maintain smooth supply chain activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate dispatch, delivery, and transportation of products.
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to customers or project sites.
- Communicate with transporters, vendors, and warehouse teams regarding shipment schedules.
- Prepare and maintain logistics documentation, including delivery challans, invoices, e-way bills, and transport records.
- Monitor inventory movement and coordinate stock transfers.
- Resolve delivery delays, transportation issues, and customer logistics queries.
- Maintain logistics MIS reports and update shipment status regularly.
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and accounts teams for smooth order execution.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.
- Manage courier services and freight negotiations when required.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
