We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Client Relationship Executive to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing their queries and concerns, and providing top-notch customer service, while also contributing to sales growth and revenue generation through effective client engagement and upselling of services.
The candidate must have prior experience in dealing with customers and handling feedback. A sound knowledge of the hospitality sector and preferably the luxury industry is essential. The candidate must also possess excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work efficiently across departments to understand and fulfill every client requirement, while identifying opportunities to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service.
Handle customer queries and concerns in a professional manner and provide timely and effective solutions.
Manage High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI) clientele and deliver highly personalized and premium services.
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services, contributing to overall revenue generation and business growth.
Actively drive sales conversions by understanding client needs and recommending relevant luxury services and experiences.
Develop in-depth knowledge of the hospitality sector and luxury industry to effectively engage clients.
Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while ensuring high service standards.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client requirements.
Track client interactions, preferences, and sales performance to improve engagement and revenue outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the premium or luxury industry, with exposure to sales or revenue-driven roles.
- Strong understanding of the hospitality sector and luxury services.
- Proven ability to generate revenue through client servicing, upselling, or business development.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
