We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Generalist & Recruiter with around 0 – 2 years of experience to manage end-to-end recruitment and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and a solid understanding of HR processes and employment practices.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements and prepare/update job descriptions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical/management interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage interview schedules and candidate communication.
- Negotiate compensation and coordinate offer rollouts.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure a smooth pre-joining and onboarding experience.
HR Generalist Responsibilities
- Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee documentation.
- Assist with payroll inputs and monthly HR-related data.
- Handle employee queries and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
- Support employee engagement activities and internal communication.
- Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.
- Conduct exit formalities and maintain exit documentation.
- Support HR policies, processes, and compliance requirements.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain regular MIS.
Employee Relations
- Build positive relationships with employees and address routine HR concerns.
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Assist in resolving workplace issues professionally and confidentially.
- Promote HR policies and ensure employees understand organizational processes.
Required Skills
- 0 – 2 years of experience in HR Generalist and Recruitment roles.
- Good knowledge of end-to-end recruitment.
- Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
- Good knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and HR software.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and HR activities simultaneously.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage.
