- Kitchen Management: Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations (HACCP).
- Inventory Control: Monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and managing waste to control food costs.
- Team Leadership: Supervising and mentoring junior chefs or commis chefs, and training them on techniques.
- Service Coordination: Ensuring all dishes are produced efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
