Job Title: Purchase Engineer
Experience : 3 +Years
Education : BE Mechanical Engineering, Production, or related field Salary: As per Industry Standards
Location: Nighoje, Chakan
Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing, processing, and managing purchase orders (POs)
Maintain and update vendor databases and records
Coordinate with suppliers for quotations, delivery schedules, and follow-ups
Compare prices, analyze costs, and prepare basic cost analysis reports
Track order statuses and ensure the timely delivery of raw materials, machined parts, and bought-out components
Support in maintaining accurate purchase documentation and records
Collaborate with the store/warehouse team for inventory coordination and stock management
Communicate with vendors via email and calls for order confirmations, updates, and clarifications
Assist in procurement of Raw Materials, Machining Items, Laser cutting part, profile cuting and Bought-Out Components
Support procurement activities related to Raw Material and Machining Item Procurement
Assist in sourcing and procurement of Bought-Out Components
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production, or related field
Freshers or candidates with 3+ year of experience in procurement or purchasing
Good communication and negotiation skills
Basic understanding of procurement processes and vendor management
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and vendors.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
