We are seeking a fresher , skilled and reliable CCTV Technician to install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV surveillance systems and related security equipment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, networking, and cable installation.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and commission CCTV surveillance systems.
- Mount and align CCTV cameras for optimal coverage and performance.
- Install and maintain DVRs, NVRs, IP cameras, and related security devices.
- Perform cable laying, termination, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Configure network settings, remote access, and IP-based surveillance systems.
- Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and system upgrades.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Perform site surveys and recommend appropriate security solutions.
- Maintain service records, installation reports, and technical documentation.
- Provide technical support and training to customers when required.
- Ensure all installations comply with company standards and safety regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Diploma/ITI/Technical certification in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Hardware & Networking, or a related field.
- Knowledge of CCTV systems, DVR/NVR configuration, and IP cameras.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, LAN, and WAN.
- Experience with cable installation, crimping, and testing tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read technical drawings and installation layouts.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Fresher to experience in CCTV installation and maintenance.
- Experience with access control, biometric systems, and video door phones.
- Relevant certifications in CCTV or networking systems.
Working Conditions
- Field-based work involving travel to customer sites.
- Ability to work at heights and in various indoor/outdoor environments.
- Availability for emergency maintenance and support when required.
