OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
We are looking for an Office Administrator to support the day-to-day administrative and operational activities of our IT organization. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in the IT industry and be comfortable coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and management.
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
Location: Kochi, India (Candidates currently residing in Kochi are preferred)
Working Days: 6 days a week (8:30 AM to 5:30 PM)
Your Mission:
- Oversee and ensure the efficient execution of housekeeping services.
- Perform key secretarial and administrative responsibilities with precision.
- Manage relationships with vendors and coordinate essential services.
- Accurately process invoices for the administrative department.
- Handle procurement and distribution of corporate gifts.
- Facilitate guest receptions and ensure a seamless visitor experience.
- Collaborate with the building team to address office-related matters.
- Coordinate with various departments as needed to support operations.
- Oversee maintenance contracts (AMC) for office equipment and services.
- Ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of office premises.
- Manage front office operations and courier services.
- Assist the HR team in organizing and executing corporate events.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–5 years of experience in office administration or related roles
- Prior experience working in the IT industry is mandatory.
- Candidates currently residing in Kochi are preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and MIS reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong vendor management and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Additional Requirements
- Candidates currently residing in Kochi are preferred.
- Prior experience working in the IT industry is mandatory.
- Candidates must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and have their own two-wheeler for local travel and office-related coordination activities.
