Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Computer Faculty member to teach computer concepts, programming fundamentals, and practical software skills to students. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating curriculum plans, delivering interactive lectures, guiding hands-on lab sessions, and assessing student progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging lessons on core computer science topics, programming languages (Python, Java, C++, etc.), and software applications (MS Office, web design basics, etc.).
- Conduct interactive practical lab sessions to help students gain hands-on technical experience.
- Develop course material, assignments, quizzes, and project guidelines.
- Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and practical examinations.
- Assist students with project work, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving learning doubts.
- Maintain equipment, software setups, and proper discipline inside the computer lab.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications (BCA/MCA/B.Tech), or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in basic computer operations, office suites, and core programming languages.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to break down complex technical concepts for beginner and intermediate learners.
- Patience and strong problem-solving skills during practical lab assistance.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1–3 years of teaching or training experience in a school, college, or vocational institute.
- Certifications in programming, web development, or networking tools.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
