Key Responsibility-
1. Plan, organize and monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
2. Ensure maximum uptime of machine and utility.
3. Equipment failure analysis with corrective and preventive actions.
4. Develop and maintain maintenance schedules and records.
5. Coordination with production team for preventive schedule and minimize of break down time.
6. Manage and monitoring of utility functions like- Boiler, Air compressors, DG sets, Cooling tower,
ETP/STP and RO plant, Electrical distribution System.
7. Monitor utility consumption and implement energy saving initiatives.
8. Ensure uninterrupted supply of utility to production department.
Engineering & Projects-
9. Execute modification and improvement projects.
10. Evaluate new equipment and technologies for productivity and efficiency enhancement.
11. Coordinate in installation, commissioning and validation of new equipment/machinery.
12. Prepare technical specification of new equipment and machinery.
Safety & Compliances-
13. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements related to boilers, electrical systems, pressure
vessels, and utilities. Maintain adherence to safety standards and permit-to-work systems

Qualification-
30. B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Industrial Engineering.
31. Additional certification in Boiler Operation, Energy Management, TPM, or Reliability Engineering
preferred.
Age- 30-35 years
Experience – 8-10 Years
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
