About us
Breathe Clinic is a specialty clinic in Guwahati backed by Respirit Healthcare, a homegrown respiratory medtech company. We are growing, and we are looking for an energetic field executive to help us connect with doctors, pharmacies, and the community across Guwahati.
About the role
This is a field-based role focused on building and maintaining relationships with referring doctors and pharmacies, and running local marketing activities that bring patients to the clinic. You will work closely with our founding doctors, who will train you directly. If you are a motivated graduate who enjoys meeting people and wants to build a career in healthcare marketing, this role is for you.
What you will do
- Visit doctors and clinics on a planned daily route to maintain relationships and deliver test reports promptly.
- Support the founders in building and servicing referring-doctor relationships.
- Visit pharmacies to build awareness and walk-in referrals; place clinic cards and information material.
- Organise and run health camps, screening drives, and community awareness activities.
- Promote the clinic's services (PFT, FeNO, consultations, diagnostics) to doctors, pharmacies, and the local community.
- Follow up with referred patients to ensure smooth registration and a good experience.
- Maintain accurate daily activity records (doctors visited, referrals, registrations) in our reporting system.
What we are looking for
- Graduate in any discipline. B.Pharm / B.Sc / Pharmacy / Life Sciences preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers are welcome — we will train you.
- Comfortable being out in the field every day and travelling within Guwahati.
- Good communication skills in Assamese and Hindi; basic English.
- Own two-wheeler with valid driving licence (preferred).
- Comfortable using a smartphone for daily reporting.
- Reliable, presentable, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
