Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented **Business Development Executive** to join our
team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential clients over calls,
understanding their business requirements, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers
by offering suitable service solutions. The candidate should possess excellent communication,
negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote company services.
Generate leads and identify potential clients through cold calling and follow-ups.
Explain company services and business solutions to prospective customers.
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure timely follow-up.
Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate service packages.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in CRM/Excel.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and service execution.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Schedule meetings for the sales team when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
0–3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service (service industry preferred).
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Good interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, Email communication).
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
