We are hiring an experienced Civil Engineer for site execution and project management activities.
Position: Civil Engineer
Experience Required:
- B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering with 6–7 years of working experience on site
- OR
- Diploma in Civil Engineering with 10–12 years of working experience on site
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and execute day-to-day construction activities at site
- Ensure work execution as per approved drawings and project specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal teams
- Monitor project progress and maintain work schedules
- Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards
- Handle site measurements, billing, and material reconciliation
- Prepare reports
- Manage manpower and site resources efficiently
- Resolve technical and operational issues at site
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing, and structural works
- Ability to read construction drawings and BOQs
- Knowledge of site execution, estimation, and quality control
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and reporting tools
- Good communication and team management skills
