Role Summary
A Sales Receptionist is the first point of contact for clients and supports the sales team with admin tasks. Think of it as 50% front desk, 50% sales support. You're the face of the company and the glue that keeps the sales floor running smoothly.Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Client Experience Greet visitors, clients, and vendors warmly and professionally Answer and route incoming calls, take detailed messages for the sales team Manage reception area: keep it clean, stocked with brochures, coffee, etc. Schedule showroom visits, test drives, or sales appointmentsSales Support Qualify walk-in/call-in leads with basic questions before passing to sales reps Maintain CRM: enter new leads, update client info, log activities Prepare sales documents: quotes, contracts, finance paperwork, delivery kits Track inventory, vehicle keys, demo car logs Follow up with prospects for missing documents or to confirm appointmentsAdministrative Duties Handle incoming/outgoing mail, courier, and deliveries for sales dept Process cash/check payments and issue receipts per company policy Coordinate with finance, service, and insurance depts for smooth handover Maintain filing systems, both digital and physical Order office supplies for the sales teamRequired Skills & QualificationsEducation: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business/admin preferred Experience: 1+ years in reception, admin, or sales support. Automotive/real estate/retail experience is a plus Technical: MS Office + CRM software like Salesforce, HubSpot, or DealerSocket Soft Skills: Excellent communication, multitasking, organized, calm under pressure Other: Professional appearance, typing 40+ WPM, basic math for invoicesKey Performance Indicators Lead response time < 5 minutes Data entry accuracy > 98% Customer satisfaction scores from front-desk interactions Number of appointments scheduled per wee
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
