Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with potential clients, artists, and partners to promote our film and production services, generate leads, and maintain strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients, artists, and collaborators.
- Explain company services such as film production, casting, promotions, and event shoots.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Maintain a database of contacts and update records regularly.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Schedule meetings or auditions for interested candidates.
- Coordinate with the marketing and production team for campaign updates.
- Meet daily/weekly call targets and performance goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and/or regional languages.
- Basic knowledge of the film/media industry is a plus.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools).
- Prior experience in telecalling/sales/customer support preferred but not mandatory.
