MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
- 1+ year experience in Open Market Home Loan/LAP Sales.
- Minimum 1+ year experience in Builder/Connector/DSA onboarding and management.
- Proven track record of ₹2 Cr+ monthly disbursement.
- Strong local market network and channel relationships.
- Good communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Comfortable working in a field/open-market sales role.
- Comfortable with 0.4%–0.5% channel commission structure.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
