Looking for a creator for our women's clothing brand.
We want a Creative Content Creator to join our in-house creative team. In this role, you will be the collaborative spark and the primary on-camera personality for our short-form video channels (Instagram Reels, TikTok).
You will collaborate daily with our marketing and creative teams to brainstorm, script, and star in high-impact vertical video content. If you are obsessed with fashion, constantly scrolling through trends, love styling, and thrive in a collaborative team environment, you’ll fit right in.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Brainstorming: Work alongside our creative team to develop content pillars, seasonal campaign concepts, and launch strategies.
- Concept & Scripting: Pitch fresh, on-trend hooks and write brief scripts or outlines for daily short-form videos.
- Trend Execution: Keep a finger on the pulse of internet culture, viral audios, and fashion trends, working with the team to adapt them quickly to our brand voice.
On-Camera Personality & Styling
- Be the Storyteller: Act as the primary face and voice of the brand on social media—hosting "Get Ready With Me" (GRWM) styling sessions, behind-the-scenes team moments, fabric/fit education, and aesthetic transitions.
- Apparel Styling: Bring your personal fashion flair to the table, styling our pieces creatively to showcase their versatility, drape, and quality.
Requirements & Qualifications
- The Portfolio: An active social media presence or a portfolio demonstrating a strong eye for fashion, creative concepts, and an engaging on-camera presence.
- Team Player: Excellent communication skills and a passion for bouncing ideas off others in a fast-paced team environment.
- On-Camera Confidence: Relatable, authentic, and charismatic on screen, with the ability to articulate fashion concepts clearly to an audience.
- Fashion Savvy: Deep understanding of current style trends, aesthetics, and how to make apparel look aspirational yet accessible.
- Basic Technical Know-How: Comfortable with mobile filmmaking basics and a solid grasp of short-form video structures (TikTok/Reels).
Bonus Points If You Have...
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro).
- Experience working within an e-commerce or fashion creative team.
- An understanding of what makes content shareable and saveable.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
