Key Responsibilities
- Channel Management: Maintain and manage the daily operations of social media handles (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) for GoKreativ and its clients.
- Creative Coordination: Act as the primary link between ideas and visuals. Brainstorm content buckets, write simple briefs, and coordinate daily with graphic designers to ensure creatives are delivered on time.
- Content Scheduling & Posting: Plan social media calendars, write catchy captions, select relevant hashtags, and schedule/publish posts accurately.
- Trend Spotting: Keep a close eye on social media trends, viral audio, and format updates (Reels, Carousels, Shorts) to pitch fresh, relevant ideas weekly.
- Engagement: Monitor comments, direct messages, and mentions across handles to interact authentically with the audience and build community engagement.
Requirements & Skills
- Experience: Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in managing social media pages (personal projects or college festival handling count!).
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English to write engaging captions and clearly explain concepts to the design team.
- Platform Knowledge: Solid understanding of how Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook algorithms work.
- Soft Skills: High energy, a proactive "get-things-done" attitude, and excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks remotely.
- Location: Based in Bangalore (for occasional alignment/meetings if required), working comfortably from home with a stable internet connection and laptop.
