ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Senior UiPath Developer to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade automation solutions across attended, unattended, and agentic deployment models. You will drive automation initiatives end-to-end — from solution design through production support — collaborating with business and technology teams to maximize ROI on our automation investments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Design and develop complex automation workflows using UiPath Studio following REFramework and best-practice design patterns.
● Build and manage agentic automations that combine LLM-based reasoning with structured RPA workflows.
● Configure and administer UiPath Orchestrator — robots, queues, schedules, assets, and exception handling.
● Design human-in-the-loop workflows using Action Center for approvals, escalations, and exception management.
● Develop intelligent document processing pipelines for automated classification, extraction, and validation.
● Integrate automations with enterprise systems via REST APIs, web services, and native connectors.
● Author and maintain test cases; integrate automations into CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery.
● Lead code reviews, enforce quality standards, and mentor junior developers.
● Collaborate with stakeholders to document processes, estimate effort, and define success metrics.
● Architect agentic automations that orchestrate LLM reasoning, tool calls, and RPA execution for complex, judgment-based processes.
REQUIRED SKILLS
UiPath Platform
● Strong hands-on experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Action Center, and Document Understanding.
● Proficiency in agentic automation, AI-assisted workflows, and GenAI activity integration.
● Experience with UiPath Test Suite and CI/CD integration (Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions).
AI / LLM Engineering
● Working knowledge of LLM concepts (prompting, embeddings, RAG) and how they apply to automation.
● Exposure to agentic AI frameworks/patterns (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel, multi-agent orchestration) beyond UiPath’s native GenAI activities.
● Experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) into RPA workflows for reasoning, extraction, or decision steps.
Programming & Integration
● VB.NET or C# for custom development; SQL for data operations within automations.
● REST/SOAP API integration, JSON/XML handling, and regex.
● Experience automating SAP, Citrix/virtual desktop, and web-based applications.
Process & Delivery
● Ability to independently lead automation projects from assessment through go-live.
● Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery and source control using Git.
NICE TO HAVE
● Healthcare RCM domain knowledge (claims, billing, prior authorization).
● Exposure to UiPath Process Mining / Task Mining.
● Experience with Microsoft Power Platform or other RPA tools.
● Knowledge of HL7, FHIR, or EDI formats.
● Hands-on experience building or fine-tuning LLM-based agents / prompt engineering for production use cases.
CERTIFICATIONS
● UiPath Certified Professional — Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) — Required
● UiPath Certified AI Automation Developer — Preferred
● UiPath Certified Solution Architect — Preferred
EDUCATION
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
