Job Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process.
- Source, screen and schedule candidate interviews.
- Manage onboarding and employee documentation.
- Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities.
- Support payroll and HR administration.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies.
- Maintain HR reports and employee records.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements.
- Handle employee queries professionally.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (MBA HR preferred)
- Minimum 4+ years of HR experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong recruitment experience
- Good knowledge of HR operations
- MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently
