We are currently looking for a dedicated Telecaller to support the lead generation activities of our Real Estate clients. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, qualifying leads, following up with prospects, and coordinating site visit appointments for various residential and commercial real estate projects.
Job Responsibilities
Lead Management & Calling
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from the database provided by the company.
- Handle inbound inquiries generated through digital marketing campaigns.
- Explain project details, location advantages, amenities, pricing, and offers to prospective buyers.
- Understand customer requirements and qualify leads based on interest and budget.
- Schedule site visits and meetings for the client's sales team.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with interested prospects.
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions in CRM software or Excel sheets.
- Coordinate with internal campaign managers and client sales teams.
- Ensure proper lead tracking and status updates.
Campaign Support
- Work on multiple real estate projects and campaigns.
- Support marketing initiatives by collecting customer feedback and market insights.
- Ensure high-quality customer interaction and positive brand representation.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Marathi.
- Strong convincing and persuasion abilities.
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM software, and email communication.
- Ability to achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate telecalling, property sales support, or lead generation.
- Experience handling Facebook, Google, MagicBricks, 99acres, Housing.com, or website-generated leads.
- Familiarity with residential and commercial real estate terminology.
