About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical E-Commerce Order Processing Executive to manage and monitor order operations across online marketplaces, with a primary focus on Amazon. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Excel, possess strong analytical skills, and have experience handling order processing, inventory coordination, reconciliation, and marketplace operations.
Key Responsibilities:
ORDER MANAGEMENT
- Monitor and process daily orders received through Amazon and other e-commerce marketplaces.
- Ensure timely order confirmation, processing, and fulfillment.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure on-time dispatch.
Amazon Operations
- Manage Amazon Seller Central activities.
- Monitor pending, cancelled, returned, and failed orders.
- Coordinate for order escalations and customer-related issues.
- Monitor stock availability and listing health.
Inventory & Reconciliation
- Reconcile marketplace orders with ERP/WMS records.
- Track inventory movement and coordinate replenishment requirements.
- Monitor stock discrepancies and initiate corrective actions.
Reporting & MIS
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly order reports.
- Generate sales and operational MIS reports using Excel.
- Analyze order trends, cancellation rates, fill rates, and dispatch performance.
- Maintain accurate records and dashboards for management review.
Qualifications
- Graduation required
- 1–3 years of experience in E-Commerce Operations, Order Processing, or Marketplace Management.
- Experience working with Amazon Marketplace is preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
