- Identify and onboard reliable suppliers, FPOs, aggregators and farmers
- Maintain strong relationships with farmers, mandi agents, and vendors
- For which market other players are loading products
- Plan daily/weekly procurement schedules based on sales forecasts and inventory needs.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure cost-effective and timely procurement of quality produce.
- Coordinate with quality teams to ensure produce meets internal quality standards. Coordination with Sales team.
- Monitor quality during loading, unloading, and transit.
- Liaise with logistics for timely transportation of produce from sourcing points to distribution centres.
- Maintain real-time tracking and documentation of inward inventory.
- Analyse market trends to make informed buying decisions.
- Reduce procurement and wastage costs through smart sourcing strategies.
Eligibility:
✔ Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass

Compensation: ₹2.80 – ₹3.60 LPA
