Key Responsibilities
1. Site Management & Supervision
- Oversee daily construction activities and ensure work progress as per schedule.
- Supervise workers, subcontractors, and vendors at the site.
- Ensure proper allocation of manpower, materials, and machinery.
2. Technical Execution
- Read, understand, and implement architectural and structural drawings on site.
- Monitor execution quality as per engineering standards and safety norms.
- Assist in planning and executing construction tasks as per project requirements.
3. Quantity & Measurement
- Take quantity measurements, prepare quantity bills, and verify contractor billing.
- Maintain daily records of materials received, used, and stock availability.
4. Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with project engineers, architects, and management for smooth workflow.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and highlight delays or site issues.
- Ensure timely communication between site and office teams.
5. Safety & Compliance
- Implement safety rules and ensure all workers follow site safety guidelines.
- Report unsafe practices and prevent accidents on-site.
Required Skills & Qualities
- Bachelor degree (BE) in civil engineering or diploma in civil engineering
- Ability to read and interpret architectural & structural drawings.
- Strong knowledge of civil work execution and materials.
- Hardworking, responsible, and able to handle multiple site tasks.
- Good communication and team-handling skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
